Improved messaging for shipping in Checkout V2

When a cart includes physical products that require shipping, Checkout V2 now shows a new message in Shipping Details (Cart > Shipping Details) before the buyer adds a shipping address. Shipping options and costs appear after an address is entered, so buyers are not surprised when delivery charges display later in the flow.

📝 Note: Rate calculation remains unchanged. After a buyer adds a shipping address, shipping options and costs appear as they do today, based on the marketplace's configured shipping regions and zones.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default for marketplaces that use Checkout V2 and sell physical products that require shipping.

No setting enablement is required.
